The Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) provides an independent resolution service for complaints about health, mental health and disability (non-NDIS) services in Western Australia (WA) and the Indian Ocean Territories.
HaDSCO’s legislation is under review, and the community is invited to provide feedback on HaDSCO’s complaint resolution service through a survey.
The survey will help them to understand what you think is important and will help them to make recommendations to the State Government that improve the way complaints about health and disability services are managed in WA.
